Wizz Air received IOSA registration from IATA

Geneva, July 18, 2016 – Wizz Air is proud to announce that it is registered by the International Air Transport Association / International Air Transport Association (IATA), Operational Audit Safety / Operational Safety Audit (IOSA), the global benchmark for recognition of air transport security.

Since its launch in 2004, Wizz Air devotes substantial time and resources to ensure that its culture of safety, security procedures and training and development of its employees are world class.

The program IOSA is the global standard for assessment of safety in aviation, management at the airline security, and control systems and processes. Wizz Air’s assessment is carried out by AQS, one of the six approved by IATA, audit organizations.
