Air Europa start daily flights to Miami and New York

The airline Air Europa, which is part from the holding Globalia, strengthens its presence in the American market by increasing the frequency of flights to Miami and New York. Since September 20, 2016 and through the whole winter season, Air Europa will make daily flights from Madrid to both destinations, employing another Boeing 787 Dreamliner, which will reduce the flight time and will meet the demand of the passengers. Until September 20 the flights on route Madrid – New York will be made by Airbus A330, which interior renovated Business Class seating area converts into a horizontal bed.

Thus, the airline Air Europa strengthens its position in the US market, increasing the share of passengers for the 1st quarter 2016 by 12%.

Air Europa Líneas Aereas is an airline in Spain, which is the third largest after Iberia and Vueling. The airline is headquartered in the Polígono Son Noguera in the Centro Empresarial Globalia in Llucmajor, Majorca, Spain. The airline is 100% owned by Globalia. Since September 2007 the airline has been a member of the SkyTeam alliance together with Delta Airlines, Aeroflot, Air France, AlItalia and etc. During the last ten years, scheduled flights have increased their share of operations.
